Update Reservations are now handled through the YSC website. You must be logged in to your YSC account in order to place a reservation. If you are already logged in, you can use the button here to start the process. If you aren't logged in, you will be asked to log on first. Prices A stay at the YSC Tahoe Cabin costs $26 per person per night. Children 3-13 are half price (i.e., $13), and those 2 and under are free. During peak ski season, approximately Thanksgiving through Easter, weekend reservations must include both Friday and Saturday nights. Alternatively, $52 per night for a one night stay on a Friday or Saturday. During off-peak season, the entire cabin can be reserved for $335 per night for up to 17 people. Special arrangements are sometimes made at the discretion of the cabin manager. Reservations To ensure access to as many members as possible, reservations are taken no more than one month in advance, and no member may hold more than one weekend reservation at once. However, this does not prevent you from putting yourself on the waiting list for additional weekends. You must reserve your stay before going up to the cabin, and final confirmation does not occur until payment is received. If payment has not been received by the cabin master within 5 business days of the reservation date, the reservation in question may be removed from the YSC reservation system. Non-members must be accompanied by their sponsoring member, and there is a limit of one guest per member during peak ski season. The cabin master reserves the right to assign rooms in certain situations. Reserve your spot by going to the online reservation system. Payments Reservations must be followed up by payment via check or money order. Payments not received by the cabin master within 5 business days will render the reservation in question subject to cancellation. Send checks, payable to "YSC", to: YSC Tahoe Cabin CANCELLATION POLICY Weekend/Holiday reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to date of arrival are subject to forfeiture of one night's fee per person. Any reservation not cancelled prior to date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire fee for each person in the party. Members are fully responsible for payments and actions of their guests. Cancellations due to road closures should be addressed immediately with the cabin master to arrange for future credit. |
