For a good start on the New Year why not join us for a relaxed hike through beautiful Muir Woods and the surrounding hillsides – the one I have in mind is about 4 miles long and takes you from Mountain Home Inn down through Muir Woods main trail out to Camp Alice Eastwood and back to the parking lot on Sierra and Troop 80 trails. Please bring snacks to enjoy at the Camp Eastwood picnic area. The elevation change is about 800 feet – so hilly but not too steep. Heavy rain cancels.

This event is open to both YSC members and non-members.

Reservations: Reservations are not required for this event.

Directions: From SF – go over Golden Gate Bridge – take exit to HWY 1 – Mill Valley – Stinson Beach – continue west on HWY 1 for 3-1/2 miles – go right on panoramic HWY for 2-1/2 miles to the Mountain Home Inn.
